TMED2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMED2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,868 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMED2-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXO4, SNTA1, and KLF4. Each is linked with TMED2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMED2-to-partner and partner-to-TMED2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMED2 versus FOXO4 in LUNG_SCLC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.74.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMED2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMED2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
