Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMED1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMED1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-62P, MIR6507, and MIR6715A. Each is linked with TMED1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMED1-to-partner and partner-to-TMED1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-62P grouped by TMED1-low versus TMED1-high in ESCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMED1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMED1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
