Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMCO6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 15 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMCO6-associated genes across cancer lineages are RAD51, JNK_pT183_Y185, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with TMCO6 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMCO6-to-partner and partner-to-TMCO6 results are reported.
