Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMCO6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,370 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMCO6-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Pre-mRNA catabolic process, Double-strand break repair, and Negative regulation of mRNA splicing, via spliceosome. Each is linked with TMCO6 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMCO6-to-partner and partner-to-TMCO6 results are reported.
