Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMCO3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,420 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMCO3-associated genes across cancer lineages are RSPH1, PBOV1, and TM9SF2. Each is linked with TMCO3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMCO3-to-partner and partner-to-TMCO3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMCO3 versus RSPH1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMCO3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMCO3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
