TMCO3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMCO3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMCO3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCNA, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with TMCO3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMCO3-to-partner and partner-to-TMCO3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PCNA grouped by TMCO3-low versus TMCO3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMCO3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMCO3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
