TMCO3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMCO3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,540 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMCO3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CELF4, COL7A1, and SF3B1. Each is linked with TMCO3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMCO3-to-partner and partner-to-TMCO3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CELF4 grouped by TMCO3-low versus TMCO3-high in LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMCO3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMCO3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
