TMCO2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMCO2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,099 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMCO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are LCE5A, CRYBB1, and MUC7. Each is linked with TMCO2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMCO2-to-partner and partner-to-TMCO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMCO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMCO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
