TMCC3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMCC3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,537 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMCC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LSM3P2, EHD4, and PPIF. Each is linked with TMCC3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMCC3-to-partner and partner-to-TMCC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMCC3 versus LSM3P2 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.45.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMCC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMCC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
