TMCC3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMCC3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,034 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMCC3-associated genes across cancer lineages are NOL12, CRYBB2P1, and POLE2. Each is linked with TMCC3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMCC3-to-partner and partner-to-TMCC3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NOL12 grouped by TMCC3-low versus TMCC3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMCC3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMCC3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
