TMCC2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMCC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 21,838 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMCC2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UCHL1, TMF1, and PDXDC1. Each is linked with TMCC2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMCC2-to-partner and partner-to-TMCC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMCC2 versus UCHL1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.40.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMCC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMCC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
