TMCC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMCC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,632 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMCC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPNS2, NOP53, and YWHAE. Each is linked with TMCC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMCC2-to-partner and partner-to-TMCC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMCC2 versus SPNS2 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.89.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMCC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMCC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
