TMCC2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMCC2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,273 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMCC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OSBPL2, RTF2, and RAE1. Each is linked with TMCC2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMCC2-to-partner and partner-to-TMCC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMCC2 versus OSBPL2 in LARGE_INTESTINE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMCC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMCC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
