TMCC2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMCC2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMCC2-associated genes across cancer lineages are MS4A10, SYCN, and LPA. Each is linked with TMCC2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMCC2-to-partner and partner-to-TMCC2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MS4A10 grouped by TMCC2-low versus TMCC2-high in OVARY.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMCC2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMCC2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
