TMCC1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMCC1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,194 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMCC1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are YTHDC1, HDAC2, and MANF. Each is linked with TMCC1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMCC1-to-partner and partner-to-TMCC1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMCC1 versus YTHDC1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMCC1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMCC1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
