TMC8

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMC8 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,893 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMC8-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CORO1A, COTL1, and CSK. Each is linked with TMC8 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMC8-to-partner and partner-to-TMC8 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMC8 versus CORO1A in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMC8→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMC8) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
