TMC7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMC7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 9,282 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMC7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TMC7_S72, ACOT7, and MYO9B. Each is linked with TMC7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMC7-to-partner and partner-to-TMC7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMC7 versus TMC7_S72 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.94.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
