Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMC7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 932 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMC7-associated genes across cancer lineages are MED11, AIM2, and PRRG3. Each is linked with TMC7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMC7-to-partner and partner-to-TMC7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMC7 versus MED11 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMC7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMC7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
