The most reproducible TMC7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP198, RNU6-197P, and MIR124-2. Each is linked with TMC7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMC7-to-partner and partner-to-TMC7 results are reported.
