TMC6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMC6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,105 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSPA8P17, VN1R46P, and XPNPEP1. Each is linked with TMC6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMC6-to-partner and partner-to-TMC6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, HSPA8P17 grouped by TMC6-low versus TMC6-high in SARC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
