Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMC6 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,800 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMC6-associated genes across cancer lineages are PMP22, MYO1E, and PIP4K2A. Each is linked with TMC6 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMC6-to-partner and partner-to-TMC6 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMC6 versus PMP22 in STOMACH, with a Pearson correlation of -0.76.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMC6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMC6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
