TMC5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMC5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 16,583 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMC5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TMC5_S184, TJP3_S591, and ARFGEF3. Each is linked with TMC5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMC5-to-partner and partner-to-TMC5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMC5 versus TMC5_S184 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
