Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMC5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,569 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SLC44A4, TFF1, and CAPN13. Each is linked with TMC5 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMC5-to-partner and partner-to-TMC5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMC5 versus SLC44A4 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.57.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
