Across TCGA cell cohorts, TMC2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,333 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMC2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Cilium movement involved in cell motility, Cilium or flagellum-dependent cell motility, and Regulation of RNA splicing. Each is linked with TMC2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMC2-to-partner and partner-to-TMC2 results are reported.
