TMA7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMA7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18,631 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are SS18L2, CCDC12, and ARPC4. Each is linked with TMA7 in more than 33 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMA7-to-partner and partner-to-TMA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMA7 versus SS18L2 in ACC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.78.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
