TMA7

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMA7 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 8,470 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMA7-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PARP12, RALY_S135, and RING1. Each is linked with TMA7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMA7-to-partner and partner-to-TMA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMA7 versus PARP12 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
