Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMA7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,795 significant associations in total. OV shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TMA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are GNB4, NCF2, and TNFSF4. Each is linked with TMA7 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMA7-to-partner and partner-to-TMA7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TMA7 versus GNB4 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of -0.29.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
