Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMA7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 42 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-542P, OR8H2, and RNU5F-6P. Each is linked with TMA7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMA7-to-partner and partner-to-TMA7 results are reported.
