TMA16

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TMA16 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 193 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TMA16-associated genes across cancer lineages are GAGE1, TXNL4AP1, and MIR4710. Each is linked with TMA16 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TMA16-to-partner and partner-to-TMA16 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TMA16→partner) and Y-score (partner→TMA16) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
