Across TCGA cell cohorts, TM9SF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,640 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TM9SF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endosomal transport, Endoplasmic reticulum to cytosol transport, and Retrograde protein transport, ER to cytosol.
