TM6SF1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TM6SF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,577 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TM6SF1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are WIPF1, AIF1, and PLEKHO2. Each is linked with TM6SF1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TM6SF1-to-partner and partner-to-TM6SF1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TM6SF1 versus WIPF1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.47.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TM6SF1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TM6SF1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
