Across TCGA cell cohorts, TM6SF1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,877 significant associations in total. SOFT_TISSUE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible TM6SF1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Spermatid development, Cytoplasmic translation, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with TM6SF1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TM6SF1-to-partner and partner-to-TM6SF1 results are reported.
