TM2D3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TM2D3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,710 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TM2D3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MORF4L1, HDGFL3, and IGF1R. Each is linked with TM2D3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TM2D3-to-partner and partner-to-TM2D3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TM2D3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TM2D3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
