TM2D2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TM2D2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,992 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TM2D2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADAM9, DDHD2, and RAB11FIP1. Each is linked with TM2D2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TM2D2-to-partner and partner-to-TM2D2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TM2D2 versus ADAM9 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.43.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TM2D2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TM2D2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
