TM2D2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TM2D2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 81 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TM2D2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TXNL4AP1, RPS23P5, and TUBBP11. Each is linked with TM2D2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TM2D2-to-partner and partner-to-TM2D2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TXNL4AP1 grouped by TM2D2-low versus TM2D2-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TM2D2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TM2D2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
