Across TCGA patient cohorts, TM2D2 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 6 significant associations in total. COAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TM2D2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Adipocytes, CD4+ Tcm, and Platelets. Each is linked with TM2D2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TM2D2-to-partner and partner-to-TM2D2 results are reported.
