Across TCGA cell cohorts, TM2D2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,455 significant associations in total. CNS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TM2D2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of macrophage fusion, Positive regulation of macrophage fusion, and Interkinetic nuclear migration. Each is linked with TM2D2 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TM2D2-to-partner and partner-to-TM2D2 results are reported.
