TM2D1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TM2D1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 233 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TM2D1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10A4, HMGN1P34, and RN7SL307P. Each is linked with TM2D1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TM2D1-to-partner and partner-to-TM2D1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR10A4 grouped by TM2D1-low versus TM2D1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TM2D1→partner) and Y-score (partner→TM2D1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
