TLX3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLX3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,729 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLX3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cell cycle G2/M phase transition, DNA replication initiation, and Regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process. Each is linked with TLX3 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLX3-to-partner and partner-to-TLX3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of cell cycle G2/M phase transition grouped by TLX3-low versus TLX3-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLX3→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLX3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
