Across TCGA cell cohorts, TLX3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,552 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLX3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Postsynaptic intermediate filament cytoskeleton organization, Negative regulation of dendrite morphogenesis, and Axon extension involved in axon guidance. Each is linked with TLX3 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLX3-to-partner and partner-to-TLX3 results are reported.
