Across TCGA cell cohorts, TLX3 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 4,349 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLX3-associated genes across cancer lineages are TAF3, NTNG1, and GTSE1. Each is linked with TLX3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLX3-to-partner and partner-to-TLX3 results are reported.
