TLX2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,357 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLX2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CTR9, LSM4, and CHKB. Each is linked with TLX2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLX2-to-partner and partner-to-TLX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TLX2 versus CTR9 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
