Across TCGA cell cohorts, TLX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 1,958 significant associations in total. OESOPHAGUS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLX2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of myoblast fusion, Regulation of nucleotide-excision repair, and Negative regulation of syncytium formation by plasma membrane fusion. Each is linked with TLX2 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLX2-to-partner and partner-to-TLX2 results are reported.
