Across TCGA cell cohorts, TLX2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 2,026 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ARAP3, SNAPC4, and ATR. Each is linked with TLX2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLX2-to-partner and partner-to-TLX2 results are reported.
