Across TCGA cell cohorts, TLX1 mutation is significantly associated with the drug of many other genes, with 9 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLX1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Sabutoclax, KRAS (G12C) Inhibitor-12, and CX-5461. Each is linked with TLX1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLX1-to-partner and partner-to-TLX1 results are reported.
