TLR7

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLR7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12,963 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLR7-associated genes across cancer lineages are FCGR1B, GYPC, and FCGR2A. Each is linked with TLR7 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLR7-to-partner and partner-to-TLR7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLR7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLR7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
