TLR7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLR7 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 77 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLR7-associated genes across cancer lineages are ERK2, p62 Lck ligand, and Cyclin-B1. Each is linked with TLR7 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLR7-to-partner and partner-to-TLR7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLR7→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLR7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
