TLR6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLR6 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,826 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLR6-associated genes across cancer lineages are REEP4, UFD1, and ESS2. Each is linked with TLR6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLR6-to-partner and partner-to-TLR6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, REEP4 grouped by TLR6-low versus TLR6-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLR6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLR6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
