TLR6

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, TLR6 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 38 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLR6-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIG-6, ATM, and RAD51. Each is linked with TLR6 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLR6-to-partner and partner-to-TLR6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIG-6 grouped by TLR6-low versus TLR6-high in COAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLR6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLR6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
