TLR6

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, TLR6 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,069 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible TLR6-associated genes across cancer lineages are TLR1, FAM114A1, and SP100. Each is linked with TLR6 in more than 18 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both TLR6-to-partner and partner-to-TLR6 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, TLR6 versus TLR1 in BLOOD_Lymphoma, with a Pearson correlation of 0.84.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (TLR6→partner) and Y-score (partner→TLR6) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
